Job Summary:
Huisong is looking for an organized and hands-on HR Generalist to support the day-to-day HR operations of our Santa Ana office. The role focuses primarily on HR documentation, payroll, compliance support, employee administration, and recruiting support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, policies, forms, and HRIS information.
- Process routine payroll and maintain accurate attendance, PTO, overtime, and payroll records.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and other routine employee matters.
- Respond to routine federal and California employment compliance needs and maintain required documentation and training records.
- Support updates to HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook materials.
- Support recruiting as needed, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
- Coordinate HR matters with local management, Finance, global teams, and external service providers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar experience preferred.
- Familiarity with U.S. HR operations and California employment requirements.
- Experience with payroll, HR documentation, and HRIS systems preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Position Requirements:
- Part-time only: 16–20 hours per week.
- On-site in Santa Ana.
